The plan dies in the group chat. Someone says “we should get a drink this week”, four people react to it, and nobody names a night. Everybody wanted to go. Nobody went.

The missing piece is not another messaging surface. It is a way to find out that two of you already want the same thing, before either of you has to be the one who suggests it.

Four steps. That is the whole product.

• 1. Signal what you feel like. Type it the way you would say it — “grab a drink”, “long run”, “coffee somewhere quiet”. We bucket it into a topic and you pick a rough time window. That is an intent: lighter than an invitation, with no fixed time, no attendee list, and no commitment. You can signal up to a week out, and an unused intent quietly expires shortly after its window ends.
• 2. Get grouped automatically. The moment two people in your Crew hold live intents on the same topic in overlapping windows, a sub-crew forms on its own. Nobody had to be the one who asked. Anyone else in the Crew with a matching intent can drop in with one tap — no approval, because their tap is the opt-in.
• 3. Coordinate. The sub-crew settles a time and gets venue recommendations tuned to the topic and the area, combining place data with an OTG signal for where things are actually busy right now.
• 4. Go. Commit, and — only if you choose to — check in when you arrive. Then put the phone away.

There is no follower count here, and no feed of strangers to perform for. The unit is your Crew: mutual, two-way connections you accepted one at a time. Your intents are visible to your Crew. Heatmaps read from your Crew and, optionally, one hop beyond it — with a tunable threshold for how many mutual connections a friend-of-a-friend needs before they count.

A product that shows where people are has to earn that. Our defaults are built so that doing nothing shares nothing:

• Contributing your location to a heatmap defaults to nobody.
• Visibility is a per-decision choice across three independent axes — who can see it, how precisely, and whether your name is attached — set per relationship rather than as one global switch.
• Your precise coordinates never reach another member. Location is rounded to a cell before it is stored, and only the rounded cell is ever read back.
• Heatmaps are aggregate. A cell needs at least three anonymous contributors before its anonymous layer shows at all.
• Deleting your account erases your location history in full, in one transaction.
